purchasing any products.
By purchasing any goods you are automatically agreeing to be bound
by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then
you will not be permitted to purchase any products. Failure to
comply with these terms will revoke your rights to use any
products purchased.
- [1] All digital items purchased are non-refundable
- [2] The buyer will become our customer, and so the buyer is responsible to protect the files. Minty files should not be shared with other servers/communities. It may however be shared to a trusted developer if they are working on your server; however if the files end up being leaked and traced back to the buyer; it is their responsibility and will suffer the consequences.
- [3] If you are caught editing or reselling any items you will be permanently banned.
- [4] If someone donates an item purchased to a server. once the original owner if the product leaves the owner must remove the product. unless he/she buys it.
- [5] Do NOT Claim The Work As Your Own.
- [6] Commercial Rights to my PAID livery’s are $10. (open a ticket in the discord if you would like to purchase the rights)
- [7] Commercial Rights to my Free livery’s are $0. (open a ticket in the discord for permission! you do not have permission till I give it to you!)
- [8] Logos used in the packs are subject to copyright protection threw Minty. NO LOGOS are given out as of 2024 due to multiple reasons. Ripping the EUP to get the logos will result in a permanent ban.
- [9] Do not edit or modify my textures unless i give you permission to do so.
- [10] Minty Productions does not take responsibility for any tampering with products. [11] Minty Productions reserves the right to stop/cancel any in-progress work for any reason. Minty Productions Also reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any point without serving notification. Minty Productions also reserves the right to Remove / Stop / not give you products.
Minty Productions is not responsible for any damages that occur to your game, server or computer.
