License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Images solely in connection with the Models specified in product listing. Licensee shall have no right to use the Images for any other purpose or in any other manner except as expressly provided herein.
- License Restrictions. Licensee shall not: (a) use the Images for any purpose other than as expressly provided in this Agreement; (b) sublicense, assign, or transfer the Images to any third party without Licensor's prior written consent; (c) modify, alter, adapt, or create derivative works of the Images; (d) use the Images in any way that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (e) use the Images in any way that infringes upon any third-party rights, including without limitation, any copyright, trademark, or patent rights; (f) use the Images in any way that implies or suggests any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Licensor or any third party, without Licensor's prior written consent.

[3] If you are caught editing or reselling any items you will be
permanently banned.

Ownership of Images. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor is the owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Images, and that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to Licensee. Licensee shall not take any action that would impair Licensor's ownership of the Images or its ability to enforce its rights therein.
- Term and Termination. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if Licensee breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Images and shall return or destroy all copies of the Images in its possession.

Warranty Disclaimer. LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE IMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER OR NOT LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY LICENSEE HEREUNDER.

to your game, server or computer.
